By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Product Information

We sell fresh seafood for delivery within New Zealand. All product descriptions, images and weights are for reference only. Seafood is a natural product; slight variations in size, appearance and weight may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where incorrect pricing is displayed.

4. Orders & Availability

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock shortages, quality issues, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud. We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to selected New Zealand addresses. Fresh seafood requires careful cold-chain handling. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to courier delays. Someone must be available to receive perishable goods on the delivery day.

6. Refunds & Replacements

Contact us immediately if you receive damaged, spoiled or incorrect seafood. Claims must be submitted with photos within 3 hours of delivery. We will assess each claim and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Normal change-of-mind returns are not accepted for fresh perishable seafood.

7. Food Safety

All seafood must be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon arrival. We are not liable for illness caused by improper storage, preparation or consumption after delivery. Please follow safe food handling guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
